It's located in the city center of Haarlem, right in front of Jopenkerk. The location is perfect for groceries, gyms, public transport and leisure, everything is 2 mins walk.The living space is quite spacious but the room is a bit small (it is bigger than it looks in the picture, though).The room has a sofa bed, a lamp and a cabinet, you can choose to use it or it can be removed.The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, separate freezer, oven/microwave, kettle etc) and there is an indoor bicycle parking.I am currently studying my masters at the VU while working full time. I work mon-fri, I am flexible and easy to live with and would prefer someone who is easy going as well. The only thing I would ask for is a weekly cleaning schedule, everything else is flexible.The dog is friendly and calm. No help is expected for him.The rent of 795 includes gas and electricity.Any additional questions, please let me know.
